Have you thought about a rescue. Their are even some here on YT. I paid 1500 for my dog and I think the average is between 1000 and up for a female. Sometimes you pay for what you get if you know what I mean. I also think that you have to consider that there is going to be the cost of vet bills, sometimes unexpected vet bills,and spaying.
Sometimes if you can't really afford a puppy you are better off rescuing a yorkie that is already spayed. It's just a thought... good luck
