thanks for your kind words. it IS amazing what a difference a few ounces or pounds can make ... at some point, i would be in excruciating pain just carrying my small wallet around for a few minutes ... i'm somewhat better now, but apparently not enough to handle a 7lb dog ... i like your use of the term "zone", i guess 7lbs isn't in the zone for me
