a good vet can palpate the abdomen at about 28 days after first breeding and feel for fetuses. I had my Chanel done at the time and the vet told me he felt about 4 or 5 bumbs, she had 5 little puppies at whelp. best of luck with your girl, wishing her a fast and safe whelping.
