so its okay that i put the drops on his food instead of shooting it into his mouth? i mean, he ate it so i thought it would be okay, but i couldnt find anything that said you could put it in their food.
im just happy he's gonna start feeling better.
i know how to control the vomit problem with dry food..it just takes longer for each feeding..so we'll see. i dont have 50 a month to spend on wet food
plus it makes their teeth worse..which he obviously doesnt need. The vet said maybe now he will chew his food better/slower now that he doesnt have that pain in his mouth...so time will tell i guess.
i did email the shelter and asked if she notified anyone about the breeder that gave timmy, and many other dogs she was using to breed, up b/c i think that person should be investigated b/c timmy is only 3 and has gum disease, which should NOT be the case..and i know the one pom the shelter got from the same breeder had missing teeth b/c of problems also..this woman should NOT be breeding small dogs, or even own them if she isnt going to care for them. and i remember the shelter lady saying that even with her rescuing 14 of the dogs, the woman still had probably 30 left!!! makes me sick..waiting on response from the shelter on this
