I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. I am one of those people that will drive myself crazy with guilt even though people tell me accidents happen. I know they do but it is hard to make my heart believe it. The thing is they do happen so do not beat yourself up over it. Many times we have come close to stepping on our babies and hubby comes close to sitting on them occasionally. It is a fact of life that they love being as close as possible to you and it is only a matter of time before an accident happens I think. But they are just accidents.
