to answer your question, those charts are estimates. Theres absolutely
no guarantee as to the size of your little one.
Now to my opinion - I have a 5.5 lb and a 4 lb yorkie - they're both VERY healthy, and they're still VERY small...a lot of people don't think they're full grown yet, in fact. I wish you the best of luck
