You might try putting a little chicken broth on the kibble. I've had good luck with mine just being firm about it. They'll eat when they get hungry. It can be a little agonizing for you at first, but it'll be worth it if they start eating.

And I personally have had good luck not free-feeding. I put out their bowls twice a day at the same time (can do 3 times a day for a puppy) and then take it away when they stop eating or walk away.

You can always try giving them a little Nutrical if the no eating persists for a couple days.
