Kaji did that to me a couple of months ago. He didn't eat much for a few days and now is back to eating his food. He's older, so I didn't worry so much about his sugar levels, and I did give him his regular snacks (fresh fruits and veggies), but I did less of them since I really wanted him to go back to his food, it has more nutrients than carrots or tomatoes alone. I do think they get bored with their food even though most won't agree. Try adding a small amount of fresh veggies or fruit with his kibble just to entice him. Once you get him eating his appetite will kick in and he'll end up eating the whole bowl! I hope this helps.
