I asked this question because of a thread that was on here a few months ago. Mary, you probably remember it - this new member came on advertising her unregistered pups for sale and when questioned, she admitted her six year old yorkie had been purchased as a pup on limited registration. Obviously that didn't stop her from breeding. I think Jackson25's answer is the most reasonable in lieu of holding on to a litter until they're old enough to be fixed before placing them.
