I didn't realize she was a puppy, and a small one at that, when I first responded. I would definitely get bloodwork first before anything. Also, eating a not-so-good food is better than not eating a very good food. Just to keep in mind. Cesar makes a puppy food too,(check the pkg for feeding instructions/amounts, what I quoted you was from adult dog food) and it has a sauce in it that will get on the people food and maybe over a few days to a week or two, she make get a taste for it. You could try handfeeding her too if you haven't already. You won't have to do it all the time, just to get her to where she'll eat some of the dog food. It will be better as it has all the vitamins and minerals in it that a growing pup needs. Maybe try some doggy treats, as they have vit/min in them too. And give each thing 3 or 4 tries. Mine look at me like I'm nuts when I first offer them something new, turn up the nose and walk away. But I keep offering and usually by day 4 they're begging for the new item. Good Luck and I'll check back to see how she's doing!
