As she is so tiny, she may do better with 3 small meals a day, whether it be tablefood or dog food. Can you purchase Cesar Canine Cuisine? It's guaranteed to tempt the fussiest eater, and it does have a better nutrional value for a dog than people food. It comes in 3.5 oz/100gm pkgs, and she should have @35gm 3 times a day. Put it on your dinner table to make her think it's your food too. If she won't go for it, mix a tiny amount of your food in with it,(no more than half tablefood/half Cesars) including vegetables. If you can only feed her 2 times a day, increase the amount to 70 gm both times.
Did your new vet give you a reason to do the endoscopy before doing any bloodwork? Actually, she'll need some Bloodwork done prior to any anesthesia. As a precaution, due to her size alone, I would have her Bile Acid Tested first. This tests for liver function and ability to handle anesthesia.
