Everyone in America is not a "dog lover" like we all are--some people have an extreme fear of them, some people are highly allergic, some dogs are not well behaved or vaccinated or well groomed. I don't think the general public should have to be around other people's pets everywhere they go.  |
and everyone in America is also not a smoker and shouldn't have to be around other people's second hand smoke everywhere they go, but most of the time we do unless we are lucky enough to live in a smoking ban area or a public place that doesn't allow smoking anymore.
