Just an FYI, My Yorkie (according to her charts) was around that weight at 5 weeks, she is now 6 lbs at 22 weeks. She is by no means a big dog, actually very small IMO My Chi/Yorkie mix is 4 lbs at 14 weeks and TINY. Neither of them have followed any weight chart and their parents were all small.
Are you planning to get rid of a dog if they go over your idea of perfection? I have seen so many posts how people picked the smallest hoping it woulod stay tiny and it outgrew its sibblings. I think if you want a tiny you should find one that is done growing, not a puppy.
