I'm so sorry. Usually they have diahhrea if they have that. Hopefully your little one just had a rough spot. Pancreatitis can be treated easily with medication and depending on the kind, hopefully it is just something that pops up occasionally giving them problems. It is easily treatable, so don't feel too bad.
