yeah next time when they run blood work have it all done at once as doing one blood work up after another is stressful on the dog so when they did the blood pull for wbc they should have run the full panel and cpli since a yorkie is real prone to pancreatitis and he was exhibiting symptoms.

the vet was correct that the cpli is best test for pancreas as amylase and lipase are also indicators but sometimes those can be off as were with my dog when he was sick his amylase and lipase were normal when feeling better they were off the charts
