Animal Smiley 019 New to YorkieTalk - Heartbroken

I did a Google search last night to find a way to deal with my Yorkshire's new health problems. His name is Cricket. On Feb 16th a large dog got a hold of Cricket. This left him fecal incontinence. Its not long since his accident and im not sure I can deal with it. I was looking for tips for this kind of problem to make both our lives easier. I love this dog more than anything, he has lived up to his name! He loves to jump and he can jump very high. Now when he tries to jump his leg just collapses. I am told he will need surgery on his knee but this wont fix the leg problem. A nerve was damaged. I have a stack of bills and I have no idea where the money will come from for this surgery he needs, however the vet says that this is in the future. Its very sad to watch him walk now, he dosent walk like normal anymore. I am open to any suggestions to help us to be able to live together more smoothly.
