BUN was over 130 and Creatine was 4.4....vet says she is at the very end of kidney failure

A second opinion would be best, sometimes it just confirms what you already know but, maybe another vet will offer, or see something the first didn't.
I pray the second opinion goes well and the plan of care allows you more quality time with your baby...
