You need to take him to the vet ASAP. Don't wait, because you never know if there might be something wrong with him that could get 10 times worse in another week. He is a brand new pup and will be just fine. My Sasha was flown half way across the country to me and you better believe she was at the vet 48 hours later. She was fine, and your dog will be, too. You need to do what's in HIS best interest.
