Yes they are bad breeders, "just because they have several breeds and cross breed".....they are commercial breeders, only interested in exploiting dogs.
No, you're not right either about others assuming bc a breeder raises even one breed of dog that they are a good breeder - there is much more that goes into the good breeder equation than number of dogs or breeds.
Also, we're judging by what the breeder has put out on a public website and it is the content of the site that is disturbing to anyone who cares about dogs/puppies and the current problem of exploitative breeders.
