There was one incident of false papers on biewers in UK. Here is what happened as I was told from IBC member.. I hope this helps.

(IBC) registered a breeder because she assumed that they had imported Biewers to the UK
and this breeder then had a litter which she wanted to register. So the papers from the IBC are nothing else than a Kennel name registration and a membership registration. Nothing wrong with that. The UK breeder then tried to register a litter but simply couldn't after IBC asked her to provide copies of her dog's pedigrees. So a registration and the supplying of Pedigrees was impossible and therefore never took place. Yes there is a possibility to register dogs with the IBC the same way as you can with the FCI but you can't use these dogs for a pedigree. So the UK mutt breeder didn't get any pedigrees nor registrations, so what this breeder did was.... forge her own IBC pedigrees ( due to the bad quality and mistakes made it was no wonder that she got busted) all written proof of this fraud has been handed over for investigation to the police in Birmingham UK
