Max doesn't really play, but he seems to be tolerating her. She is chasing him around the dining room table, he stops and barks at her then starts running again. He's trying to be big and bad but then running off??? Kinda funny to see actually. He's not going up to her xpen and barking anymore. We all went to pick my daughter up from school today and they sat together in the front seat, well for a few minutes anyway until he jumped down on the floor. I've been taking them out to potty together. She takes longer and he just sits and waits for her with me. He's getting lots of praise! I am so proud of him.
As far as her incision, I had to take her back in again this morning. It was oozing a little last night. It scabbed over by the time I got her in, so the vet wasn't too impressed. We'll just continue to watch it.
That's all for now....I'll keep you all posted. |
Oh good deal then - it sounds like things are improving nicely. This is alot for everyone to go through and it just takes a few days or longer for everybody to get used to each other. Good luck on continued success, and do keep us updated!
