the jugular as this is the fastest and best way - they can do from legs but the veins are tiny and if they collapse they cannot use them when they need an iv - i freaked when i saw that too myself as had no clue until my demi had a huge bruise on her neck and i called er asking what was that as i was not in the room and they immediately asked did she have blood taken recently and i said yes and that was it i was pretty upset
