I purchased my Yorkie from a ad in the paper. I got to see the parents and I love my Chi-Chi. I also found that when purchasing Yorkie's from individuals/families they are a bit cheaper than the breeders.

I say do some research, ask to see the sire/dam and check out the pups. Your heart will do the rest.
