My girlfriend got mine from an ad in the paper. She did go visit to check them out, however, and he's turning out great. She had her dog flown to her from a breeder (a Westie) and he a great dog. Ruger is 6 months and the Westie is 8.
We did not see the parents, and both dogs are a lttle bigger than the norm. She got her Westie so he would fit under the seat on a plane, and that ain't gonna happen. Ruger is already 8 lbs. Might have helped to meet the parents. |
