Have you tried the Potty Patch???? It is made of soft artificial grass with a collection tray that holds a gallon of liquid. You just empty it. It also attracts the dog to it and there is no odor.
My Yorkies use it when I go out and - no mess! I come home and all is well!
It only took a little training and some treats to get them to use it.
You can get them just about anywhere now!
