I have used Dyne before but not with a pregnant bitch. Only with puppies. I can't see anything in it that would harm a pregnancy and it's good to help stimulate the appetite. It doesn't give the runs as bad as nutrical can and it has calories in it so it helps sustain them. Not just shoot their sugar level up.

If she's gone off food completely, try everything you can think of. Even things that we consider non-healthy are better than nothing at this point. I have syringe fed a puppy before with a mixture of 1/2 canned food and 1/2 yogurt. The yogurt helps straighten out their stomach and also helps thin out the canned food so it will go through a syringe. Make sure you use plain or vanilla flavored yogurt. Just nothing that is low fat or fat free because it will have artificial sweeteners in it.
