Amanda, I would take the pup to the vet asap for a professional appraisal...

In the mean time, keep the baby warm, and be sure she is geting nutrition and hydration and is eliminating.

I have used Goats milk --- it has helped save many animals on the farm, no dogs so far, but if I were in a pinch, I would try the goat's milk/pedylite first. Be very careful not to overload the baby or cause diahrreah, and then have yet another problem on your hands. As added insurance against hypoglocemia, try nutrical or if you don't have that put a drop or two of corn syrup on your baby's gums
