Oh darn, I still have gotten mine, I think it's due today. I assumed you held the button down for a very short time, and said something like "no bark", and repeated after each bark. Are you holding the button down? I wouldn't do that. Remember, no yelling on your part, and try to keep your agitation down as much as possible. I think the sound should work as just an abrupt interrupter of behavior, rather than a "punishment". If you leave the button down, or get agitated, it could be seen more as a punishment, and possibly add to the dogs aggression. Do you have the same one that the others have?
