I am looking to buy a yorkie in El Paso, TX and I am having the hardest time finding a good breeder. There are so many ads in the newspaper for yorkies, is this a responsible way to find a pup?

I would never go to a pet store and I havent found any breeders in the EP area on YT.

What does everyone think of finding a yorkie through a newspaper ad? And how an I make sure these pups come from a responsible breeder?
