Oh, I completely agree with that. I really don't see any good purpose in keeping them in captivity. With that being said, for whatever reason, they are keeping him for breeding. It's just basic that you don't deliberately breed any animal that displays violent tendencies, whatever the cause.
It's just a sad case all around.
