Trimming down to the skin does not cause Leather ear. It is a fungus caused by moisture, that can be contracted even in the summer months too, especially if you live in high humidity areas. The best way to treat that is when you see traces of it beginning is to immediately rub with aldohol swabs and apply 2% lotrimon. You will never get back the hair growth like it should be. |
oh yes i knew that it was from fungus but i thought from me shaving her all the way down made her more prone to getting it....wow and i didn't know what the hair will never grow back normally...thanks i just learn something new today...
and yes of course the ears has to be taken all the way down when trying to get the ears to stand...lol..my insomnia is getting to me and my thinking...lol
