I hope this does not happen.
This particular whale, Tilikum, was
captured and taken from the wild....he was
not born in captivity. This is extremely traumatic for a creature, especially one with these kinds of social connections.
In my opinion, he should either be set free - or moved to a whale sanctuary.
Whale experts on the news today have stated they are not aware of any Orca attacks in the wild at all -
only in captivity. Very sad all around.
Sea World is describing the incident differently than the eyewitnesses, which is concerning.
