I spoke with her today and she called me back a few hours and told me she was not able to change her flight and if she did it would be like 300$ difference WOWSERZZ!!!! So we just went ahead as planned and she suggested that he should be around his brother that is 2 years older than him (which is my friend dog) so they can be around eachother.
Thanks for everyone advice... |
What neither of you seem to get is that what you are planning is illegal so you can't "just go ahead as planned".
The puppy will need a health certificate from a vet in order to get on that plane. No vet is going to risk his professional license and certify a six week old puppy is eight weeks old. And yes, a vet can tell the age of the puppy by his teeth.
No airline is going to allow this puppy to board a flight and violate federal law and risk huge fines. With airport security the way it is, do you honestly think she can sneak the puppy on board? Mothers of infants can't even take formula on board anymore!
The two of you are just wasting time and energy planning to fly this puppy on 3/16. Let me use another analogy since you seem to have trouble accepting this. Just because a couple of people plan to rob a bank doesn't mean they can actually pull it off. Ever watch World's Dumbest Criminals? LOL!
She screwed up by not checking the law before booking her flight so she will have to pay the $300 penalty.
