I know how mad and frustrated you are, but sometimes "honey attracts more flies than vinegar." Try doing something nice for her, take her cookies or something, and then apologize to her for your sounds system. You could then explaen that you have hopefully corrected the problem. I'll bet she'll be so ashamed of herself you'll never hear that banging again! Good Luck!
