Ugh...thank heaven I have never had the pleasure of living in
an apartment. If your T.V. was on at 6 at night and at a volume
you feel wasn't loud then you weren't breaking any rules and
if she keeps on banging on the wall I believe I would report her
to the management and let them deal with her. What the heck
is she in her apartment with a glass up against the wall? Busy
body old bag needs to get a life by the sound of it.
