She was 95 % her old self in just a couple of days. It is my understanding they will never be perfect again . The only thing Sassy did occasionally and only on excitement was the neck scratching thing. I also don't believe it was from pain I think it was more of a nerve thing, like a twitch. Some sites say it could be from pain. WSU said there is really no way to tell. After seeing it for 6 yrs and seeing what brought it on I believe it was not pain. I'm praying Bella can recover to the extent that Sassy did and have many more years of good quality of life. I will tell you I thanked God for everyday I had with her as it can be cut short at any moment. Sassy was truly a Little Miracle. And I thank God for WSU.
