I have read over and over again that if you are looking for a new puppy that you should find a reputable breeder....my question is how does a person go about finding a reputable breeder.
I am not asking for myself as I have found a reputable breeder by looking here on yorkie talk and will be adopting from Cloverhill Yorkhire Terriers...Susan. I did some research...she is a YT breeder, not listed in the USDA breeder list etc., etc. so I am confident that she is reputable.
But, how do you check out a breeder not known on this site? I just read a recent thread posted by a member about a breeder/member selling rescue pups here on YT for a profit, but she refused to give out the breeders name.
