I hope someone can explain to me how to trim or train Darwin's facial hair. The thing I loved about Yorkies was their expressive eyes but I'm not too sure if I should be trimming or training the hair. Darwin has a cotton coat and his hair is fairly slow growing. Does trimming bring on a lot of unnecessary work and would training hair save him from so much trimming. Can you tell I have no experience with Yorkies but I would love to learn to groom him myself. His body doesn't seem to be a problem but the eye area intimidates me. Thanks for any advice!
