Yeast is brown, so do you see any of that?

Hmmm...Lately Harley has had some little brown dots around her vuvla, and I had no idea why. She doesn't lick herself alot or mess with them, but I didn't know that brown spots could be a sign of yeast? They usually seem to disappear after a bath so is it possible to wash yeast away?? And does yeast grow because of moisture or something?
