A reputable breeder will strive to breed to the breed standard including correct colour. Therefore, yes, purposely breeding to produce wrong colour in the eye of the reputable show breeder is considered to be a breeder not breeding for the right reasons and considered to not be reputable. Mardelin is absolutely correct.
