I run 5 miles a day and eat the best I can , I know it suc*s but slow is the way. If you do it slow and easy the weight will not come back. It's when you do it fast that the weight comes back.
Maybe I am wrong, it just seems like a lot of weight for 5 weeks.
I do wish you all the best though. | I do agree that it will all come back if you go back to your old eating habits with no exercise. After I get down to my goal weight, I'm switching to a low calorie lifestyle and will continue at least 3 times a week at the gym. I know what you're saying though, people do their "diets" for a bit until they get to the size they want to be, and then go right back to eating unhealthy portions, eating late at night, junk food, and never working out. That's why I said before it truely has to be a lifestyle change, you have to become a healthy eater and stick to it always. |
