It sounds like a hypoglysimic attack. They get walking like side ways then fall like in to a coma. You need to quickly give the dog sugar, I mix up a tablespoon of sugar and warm water not much water then mix it good and use a syringe to slowly shoot in the mouth till you have given the dog at least 2 syringe full, within 2 minutes the dog will start to respond, but it does take energy away from them all day It seem. But you need to do this ,as a matter of fact I would give this dog some sugar fight now before his sugar level crashs agian.
