Just thinking here..if you are researching cameras.
I would seriously consider getting one that has a rechargable lithium ion battery (and recharger) with it. I can take literally hundreds and hundreds of pictures with the ones I have in my Canon cameras. Full recharge time from drained is approximately 20 minutes.
If you live where it is cold or use flash or viewfinder or take many video clips..batteries can be drained in no time....just a thought...
