ALT LEVELS OF 800U/L after being 78U/L last month what does that mean?

My 9 mo old yorkie girl has high
levels last mo they were 79 when i bought her she was supposed to get spayed today and the vet told me they were 850U/L i tried googling but noone reports a value that high... she doesn't have any symptomes shes currently getting bile acid test im so scared!
