I was told it is way too risky on yorkies because they are too tiny and this surgery is very hard on them and they often don't make it . The neuro oversees everything , they don't just turn the students loose on your pet. |
no it was 2500.00 for the mri and more for spinal tap when i called same to have a student do it as a bc neurologist and someone over sees student - no thanks i will take the board certified neurologist over a surgeon any day doing a spinal tap and mri - if i am going to pay that kind of money I want the best not someone learning. Now if it was alot cheaper and i could not afford for the specialist then maybe i would opt for that option
