I am sorry the "breeder" took advantage of you and allowed the health/well being of this pup to be jepordized by her/him's need for your money. Sometime people suck.

Now as for your little girl.
1. She is to young to have babies.
2. She is way to small to have Westie pups. (Westies are alot bigger than Yorkies and build like tanks.

I would suggest you speak to your vet and have her Spayed asap. You will be happier and so will she.

Also, suggest your room mate have his dog fixed. He shares in the blame here.

PS: Spaying is about $125
C section can be up to and maybe more than $1500.00!
