Just get him neutered and he prob. won't mark anywhere. Teddy pees and marks in the house but he is not neutered so thats my fault. i had a cavalier king charles male before and he was neutered and he only went on the paper. Oh and Teddy doesn't hump and his 'lipstick' does not come out..like ever |
