Awwwww I am so sorry to hear you had such a bad experience.....poor baby probably is cold....
I have given up on taking them into groomers.....I went to SUPPOSEDLY the best one in Knoxville....and was a disaster...and I am BLESSED Shay lived through it......so I do, so far, Shay by myself, now it is a 3 day feat for me..lol.. hopefully I will get better at it and a lil faster... but I must say, I have NEVER hated it when I did it myself...
