Aw poor baby. She is cold. What about little pj.s for her. My guys wear them in the wimter because they get cold. Even a little t-shirt will help her. It is very difficult to find a groomer you like. I refuse to bring my babies to different ones time and time again because I feel they are like guinea pigs. My Coco had part of his EAR chopped off be an idiot groomer. I do them myself. They don't look perfect but they are safe. I do little trims around the eyes and they butt area. I shave them with a longer clipper head and they do fine with it. It is very difficult to have a groomer actually listen to your instructions. You assume they know how to cut a yorkie. I understand your frustration, it's obvious they didn't know how to cut one.

Don't worry it's only hair and it will grow back. Your baby is very cute.
