She is adorable in all of the pics, but I do understand your frustration. I don't take my boys to groomers bc of many reasons - and your experience is one of them.
I know there are excellent groomers out there...but I was never lucky enough to get any of them. Also, Wylie was severly traumatized by groomers - and for 2years he would start to violently shake, just when he saw a brush
; his quick was cut every time at the groomers
. Marcel has never been to a groomer in his life (and never will).
